Jarred Parnell, Owner/President, of All in One Contracting Inc. had his first experience in the maintenance industry as a young child. His father, Bill, owned a small business, when Jarred was a child and Jarred was always by his side doing whatever was needed (sweeping, shoveling snow, etc.). Wanting to play a bigger role in the company, Jarred finally convinced Bill to let him snow plow the Butte Plaza Mall parking lot at the age of eight. Jarred carried this experience with him when he began his first “official” job in 1989 at the age of thirteen working for Ray Silver, owner of Right Way Asphalt. It was these experiences and the relationship with these two influential men that gave Jarred the tools to begin a successful business: willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and determination to succeed. In 1996, Jarred started his first business: Building and Parking Lot Maintenance (BPLM). Continuously striving to be better, the company eventually outgrew its name and was converted to what is now well known as All In One Contracting. For the last 14 years, and counting, Jarred and his team at All In One have provided exceptional services (snow plowing, paving, crack-sealing, and seal coating) to the Butte area as well as to the state of Montana.
